Fermentation: gentle grape pressing, submerged-cap maceration with controlled temperature maceration first racking when set parameters are reached

Ageing and evolution: before bottling, in steel, then about 12 months in aged barriques, followed by bottle evolution

Sensorial features: intense ruby red colour with garnet nuances; intense, characteristic aroma, typical of this cultivar; full-bodied and robust, well-balanced with a well-orchestrated wood-scented tannin component

Bottle lifespan: on sale 3 years after the harvest; bottle ageing for 5 or more years
