The way we do ... FRUIT BEER

Ruby red in color with amber tones and a fine and rosy foam with a delicate persistence, this beer has aromas of black cherry and cherry that almost fade into vinous, tones that are definitely confirmed also in the mouth where the fruity component dominates.

The notes of black cherry are accompanied by those of bitter almond; the light body and the delicate acidity create the ideal conditions for an invitation to another sip.

Ingredients

Water, barley malt, wheat malt, wheat, spelled, rye, buckwheat, hops, cherry pulp (19.5% of the product), mixture of spices, citrus peel and aromatic plants in varying proportions, sugar, yeast.

Pairings

Aperitif snacks, blue cheeses, cream and fruit desserts.
