Blend:
All the noble character of Grand Cru Pinot Noir from the Champagne region is revealed in this powerful, well-structured wine.
“A POWERFUL AND STRUCTURED WINE FROM THE FINEST PINOT NOIR FROM THE GRAND CRU CLASSIFIED VILLAGES.”
Appearance:
Magnificent golden straw in colour, crystal-clear, shimmering and flecked with golden glints. The impetuous effervescence is of great finesse and forms a delicate stream of bubbles in the glass.
Nose:
Powerful and typical of Pinot Noir. Inviting fragrances of extremely ripe fruits, with highly concentrated, almost candied aromas pleasingly come to the fore; as the wine opens, citrus fruits and apricots begin to appear and jostle for position with exquisite dried fruit notes of almond, date and fig, making this a rich and original experience.
Palate:
Fresh, powerful and refined, the Grand Cru Pinot Noir reveals its silky character to stunning effect amid its generous, rounded, well-built structure. Assisted by the glorious effervescence, the full flavours and freshness marry to perfection. Amid the flavours revealed, autumn fruits and straw thatch linger persistently.
As an aperitif, best served at 7 - 8°C.
With food, best served at 10 - 12°C.
