TASTING NOTES
A black and spicy bouquet
Initial aromas of black fruits. The hints of fig and wild strawberry combine with the spicy notes of aromatic pink pepper and spices.
Scents of flowery Mediterranean scrub.
A POWERFUL AND MULTI-FACETED PALATE
The fruit is concentrated, dark and deep. The tannins create angles, revealing facets similar to those of a rough gem. The finish is refreshed by the greedy tartness of sloes and cranberries with notes of mint and anise.
