Laurent-Perrier has always favored Chardonnay as the majority grape in all its Cuvées and has been a precursor of the Brut Nature category since 1981 with Ultra Brut.

The Maison had to bring this grape variety through a Cuvée; only the Coteaux de la Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs planted with Chardonnay were selected and harvested at perfect ripeness with low acidity to enter the Blend of this Blanc de Blancs.

The perfect mastery of its vinification and aging in stainless steel tanks has allowed us to express a new type of Brut Nature, at Laurent-Perrier.

VINIFICATION, BLENDING AND AGING

100% Chardonnay
Cru:

A rigorous selection of Chardonnay from the best Coteaux.
Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly.
Chardonnay from the Montagna de Reims: Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly La Montagne.
A perfect balance between vintage wines and reserve wines must be achieved before being released into the cellar.
After an ideal refinement in our cellars, disgorgement is carried out without dosage.

SENSORY FEATURES
White dress with a fine and persistent effervescence.
A mineral nose with citrus notes.
After a lively attack, this wine expresses itself in the mouth with a very balanced presence to finish with a very fresh, very lemon finish.
