Ingredients: type 0 and 00 soft wheat flour, fresh buffalo butter (6.60%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (12.60%), sugar, water, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey , sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.
