Ingredients: 26% whole wheat flour, 16% candied pear cubes (52.5% pear, glucose fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), 11% Corinth raisins, butter, brown sugar, yolk egg, natural mother yeast, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of plant-based fatty acids - sunflower lecithin, acacia honey, salt, wheat malt, natural flavor, vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.

Icing ingredients 17%: sugar, almonds 13%, egg white, hazelnuts, bitter apricots, rice flour.

May contain traces of other nuts.
