40 hours of natural leavening with mother yeast and high quality ingredients for a colomba with an irresistible taste. Covered with IGP Piedmont Hazelnut icing and enriched with sugar grains and toasted whole almonds, this colomba will conquer the palate of young and old who will be able to savor the full taste of chocolate as it is free of candied fruit and raisins.
