The Filippi panettone dedicated to chocolate lovers, to all those who think, as in Willy Wonka in "The Chocolate Factory", that chocolate allows us to "go beyond the boundaries of ordinary life, directing us to the search for pleasure". She went to great lengths to prepare this Special Panettone, choosing not just any chocolate, but selecting an extraordinary special chocolate obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa varieties. It is characterized by its strong taste with aromatic nuances of dried fruit, hazelnuts and walnuts, with a slight acidulous perception in the finish that recalls red fruits (currants and blueberries).
The chocolate that is produced by hardworking and ethical cocoa farmers was selected, whose company policies provide for respect for nature and the commitment to create favorable conditions for their employees and collaborators. Pasticceria Filippi believes that this way of operating makes its Artisan Panettone even better.
