Refinement: 6 months in steel on its noble lees before tirage, followed by refinement in the bottle for at least 40 months. Further refinement in the bottle after disgorgement for at least 6 months.

Vineyard: Forcella and Cascina Loda crus. Terraced, 150 to 350 meters above sea level

Soil: limestone of pre-Alpine origin

Harvest period: first and second ten days of August

Training system: espalier 1.70m by 0.9m (6500 vines per hectare)

Average yield per hectare: 60-80ql/ha

Annual production: 1,500 bottles

Colour: bright golden yellow

Perfumes: elegant notes of pastry, hazelnut, hay and salted butter
