Straw-yellow color with golden reflections; average alcohol content. Characteristic taste reminiscent of geranium, dry and elegant, slightly citrine and with hints of apricot. Malvasia Istriana has a delicate nose of summer fruit. We recommend pairing it with a delicate shrimp risotto, and other fish first courses.
