Piero Dry Gin It is an intense gin, rich in history but created to be balanced and soft, ideal for completing any cocktail.

Tasted in purity it shows all its character and finds its highest expression.

The intent was to create a unique gin of its kind: repeated tests and experiments with dozens of different plants, in search of the ideal distiller in less known Italy.

At the end of a long journey, the mixture finally materialized on 6 different botanists, exclusively fresh, with the perfect alcoholic mixture: a sensorial experience for an incredible new flavor.

Botanical: Juniper, Cardamom, Orange, Marjoram, Ginger + a secret ingredient ...

The production of small batches, with the addition of selected botanicals, enhance their freshness and intense aromas: the sweetness of the orange, the bitter of the juniper, the spicy of the cardamom, the spiciness of the ginger and the floral note given by the secret ingredient.

Because every real recipe holds one.

Tasting Notes:

The sensation of juniper is clear on the nose, followed by an accentuated spicy note, with a slight balsamic scent.

The palate confirms the predominance of juniper, which is counterpointed by warm and enveloping notes of marjoram that meets cardamom and ginger.

The finish reveals a rich, persistent and resinous taste, with an aftertaste tending to sweet given by the secret ingredient.

A Distillate of Life

Gin Piero is first and foremost Gianpiero: the founder. Heir to Gabriel Garcia Marquez's novel characters: travelers, captains of fortune, visionary entrepreneurs and passionate managers who from Molise, the "region that does not exist", emigrate to Puerto la Cruz in Venezuela, Buenos Aires in Argentina and the main cities of Australia.
Then return to Italy.
His path continues in the thousand business trips, in different countries, between the contemporary and hipster style of the metropolis and the wealth of multiethnic and intercultural cities, contaminating the most exotic and indigenous tastes.
Without ever forgetting the love for beauty, the typically Italian design and aesthetics.

The origins

"One evening in May I was walking along the Gran Via of the Spanish capital when I was called up by the blue lights and the minimalist decor of a restaurant.
It was 2008 and I was in Madrid for yet another business trip.
Entering the restaurant, I sat at the counter to admire the bartender who with dedication and creativity was preparing a drink with a very high aesthetic sense.
That's where I tried my first "Premium" Gin Tonic.
That experience changed my life: since then on every trip a gin bar to try and a bottle of local gin to buy.

In 2018 the thesis of an international MBA is precisely on the creation of a new gin. Together with a collection of hundreds of bottles, and the dream of a perfect blend, Piero Dry Gin comes to life.
