Vintage TRENTODOC obtained from the union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested exclusively by hand, with permanence on the lees for at least 36 months to enhance its soft elegance.

The color is golden, bright and lively.
The perfume offers a range of fragrances ranging from bread crust to vanilla tones, on an apple cream and dried fruit background.
The taste is full with notes of ripe apple re-launched on a citrus and hazelnut background.
The Zero Dosage processing makes it frank and clean in its complexity with a good acidic streak.
A fresh and lively wine, full and solid structure, with a very persistent finish, just like its very fine perlage.
