Vintage TRENTODOC obtained from the union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested exclusively by hand, with permanence on the lees for at least 36 months to enhance its soft elegance.

The color is slightly golden, bright and lively.
The perfume offers a range of fragrances ranging from bread crust to vanilla tones, with a background of ripe apple cream and dried fruit (hazelnuts).
The taste is full and round in its complexity, where the notes of the ripe fruit re-launched on a background of citrus and spices are found.

A fresh and lively wine, full and solid structure, with a very persistent finish, just like its very fine perlage.
To drink as an aperitif and worthy actor in an important lunch, or more simply for a special toast.
