THE YOUNG MAN FROM THE PEDROTTI HOUSE
Pedrotti Brut summarizes in its simplicity the characteristics of the Trentodoc Classic Method sparkling wine, a mountain bubble born and matured in the territory of the Dolomites.
Its 100% Chardonnay composition, combined with a refinement that is not excessively prolonged but extended enough to give it character, gives it great elegance and a pleasant freshness, perfect quality to make it the protagonist of an aperitif.

COLOR
Brilliant, in its straw yellow with greenish reflections.

PERLAGE
Fine, numerous and persistent.

SCENT
Intense on the nose and of fine quality; floral and fruity scents of fresh white fruit, mineral notes.

TASTE
Dry, but with slightly enveloping notes, nice acidity to enhance its freshness, clear mineral notes that enhance its flavor.
