The traditional taste of crumbly nougat with Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P., packaged in practical single-serving portions individually wrapped.

INGREDIENTS:
Piedmont hazelnut I.G.P (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafers (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural Madagascar vanilla, corn starch.

Curiosity The nougat is free of food gelatin, still produced with egg white. It is cooked in steam boilers for about seven hours, shaped and cut into small portions; the nougats are then left to cool and individually wrapped.

Allergens Contains: Hazelnuts, egg. May contain: Nuts (almonds, pistachios). GLUTEN FREE. The product does not contain GMOs.
