Nougatine chocolates: crunchy, chopped and caramelised Piedmont Hazelnuts coated in delicious dark chocolate.

Nougatine - the delicious treats with caramelised hazelnuts invented by Venchi nearly two centuries ago. Nougatine is still produced following the traditional recipe: hazelnuts belonging to the exclusive variety coming from the well-known Langhe region. They are ground, then caramelised and coated with 56% dark chocolate. The Nougatine wrapping is gently twisted to create a bulky tuft. That's why Nougatine is the perfect choice to quickly fill up biscuit or chocolate jars: they are light, everyone likes them, and they are quite voluminous.
