Refined creamy appetizer, excellent to be tarted for the preparation of tasty croutons, it can also be used to season risotto, gnocchi, polenta and short pasta.

Ingredients: nordic codfish fillet (Gadus macrocephalus) 42%, potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, milk, cream, onion, shallot, corn starch, Taggiasca olives 1,2%, garlic, salt, pepper, natural flavor.
