Selection of Pinot Nero grapes processed and harvested by hand from the best vineyards owned in Maso Warth, an amphitheater of vineyards located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level overlooking the Adige Valley and the municipality of Trento.

DENOMINATION: Trento DOC Rosé.

GRAPES: Selection of Pinot Noir grapes processed and harvested by hand.

PRODUCTION AREA: Maso Warth, a theater of vineyards located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level which faces the Adige Valley and the municipality of Trento.

AVERAGE AGE OF VINES: 30 years.

SOIL: Predominantly calcareous.

VINIFICATION: Pressing of the whole grapes with selection of the must for hours, fermentation and fining in steel tanks until the moment of drawing.

AGING: In bottle on selected yeasts for a minimum of 36 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Light pink color. On the nose, complex with hints of small red fruits, evolutionary notes and slightly toasted. In the mouth it has a definite freshness and flavor. Excellent persistence on the finish.

AVERAGE PRODUCTION: 5,000 bottles / year.
