Moser Brut Nature is the latest addition to the classic method sparkling wines, but positioned at the top of the Trentodoc Moser range. Chardonnay in purity millesimato, minimum five years of aging in the bottle, dosage strictly performed with the same wine and without the addition of sugars.

DENOMINATION: Trento DOC White.

GRAPES: Selection of Chardonnay grapes, processed and harvested by hand, from pergola vineyards.

PRODUCTION AREA: Maso Warth, a theater of vineyards located at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level that faces the municipality of Trento, and Valle di Cembra, with an altitude ranging from 500 to 650 meters.

AVERAGE AGE OF VINES: 15 - 30 years.

SOIL: Predominantly limestone in Maso Warth. Clayey, calcareous and porcine in the Cembra Valley.

VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the whole grapes with selection of the must for hours, fermentation and aging in steel tanks at a controlled temperature until the moment of drawing.

AGING: In bottle on selected yeasts for a period of 5 years.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: Perlage ne, intense straw yellow color with brilliant notes, fruity on the nose with hints of evolutionary notes. Dry, savory and creamy on the palate.

AVERAGE PRODUCTION: 6,000 bottles / year.
