VINIFICATION Manual selection of the grapes before and after peeling. Spontaneous fermentation follows without the use of added yeasts and maceration assisted by frequent punching down. All this takes place in steel conical vats at controlled temperature for 23 days.

NOTES BY GIOVANNI NERI Casanova di Neri has been producing his Brunello Label Bianca since 1978 immutably and with unmistakable style. Passion and love for the land and wine have always and constantly been expressed in a highly typical Sangiovese, in which the Casanova di Neri style and the size of the territory come together in a unique combination that expresses finesse and elegance, constant quality over time and great aging potential. The seasonal trend of 2011 with fresh May, June and July and with a very hot August led to a Brunello with fine and elegant tannins. In 2011 we did not bottle the Cerretalto which was used for the cutting of our Brunello, as already happened with the 2009 and 2005 vintages. Vivid ruby ​​red with notes of fresh and floral red fruit. On the palate it offers good acidity combined with silky and relaxed tannins. Balanced finish of great elegance that makes you understand immediately the good potential of this vintage.
