Perfect accompaniment to shellfish, crabs and lobster, to asiatic dishes and blue cheese.

VINIFICATION:

Very carefully selected, fully ripe grapes get selected, picked in two harvests. Before pressing, the crushed berries are cold macerated for 6 hours, after which the juice is clarified by refrigeration and natural sedimentation. Fermentation is activated using selected yeasts and the temperature is controlled at 18

TASTING NOTES: 

Our Gewürztraminer Vigna “Kastelaz” is a ripe, lush golden yellow color. Its bouquet is intensive, captivating and very complex with aromas of roses and litchis as well as dried fruits, with spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves and a touch of honey in the background. The wine is just as convincing and complex in the mouth: round and full, compact and creamy with harmonious freshness and structure as well as an aromatic finish.
