DESCRIPTION
The Pinot Noir, adapted to the hilly lands of morainic origin in Trentino, after a careful selection of the grapes is left to macerate under the skins for 7/8 days so that there is a complete extraction of pronounced aromas such as red fruits, so detail of black cherry. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with a subsequent refinement of at least 10 months in barrique and oak barrels, to make it more velvety and harmonious.

TASTING NOTES
Ruby red wine with brick nuances that are highlighted with aging. Pronounced aromas of red fruits, black cherry with hints of almond and vanilla. The refinement in the bottle brings harmony and elegance.

VINEYARD
The hills of Trento on moraine soils in the altimetric range between 300 and 450 meters above sea level.
