The Macallan Harmony Rich Cacao is the first edition in the new limited release of The Macallan which was created in collaboration with Jordi Roca, pastry chef at El Celler in Can Roca. Inspired by the visit of Whiskey Maker Polly Logan to the famous Casa Cacao in Girona, this single malt aged in ex sherry seasons oak casks is able to give you experience and a unique combination of whiskey and chocolate. A single malt with a natural color of roasted cocoa beans presents itself to the nose with hints of dark chocolate, honey, lime and ginger.
