A highly expressive rosé encompasses elegance and personality.

PRODUCTION
The grapes are selected by hand, gently de-stemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained is placed in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 ° C, in order to obtain a natural decantation. The alcoholic fermentation then takes place and is carried out at low temperatures (16 ° C) to keep the primary aromas intact. This is followed by a short period of refinement in steel and 4 months of refinement in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Bright pink with coral reflections.
BOUQUET: Delicate and pleasantly fruity, full, intense and persistent with notes of red fruit and raspberry.
TASTE: Fresh and savory, in perfect balance between softness and acidity.

OUR ROSE
It owes its name to one of the over 700 bays in Puglia. The region boasts a long tradition in the production of rosé wines obtained from negroamaro, a vine that best expresses its potential near the sea. Our rosé comes, in fact, from vineyards that extend for more than a kilometer along the Adriatic coast.
