VINIFICATION: Fermented in wooden tanks and stainless steel tanks. Exceptional colour, concentration, aromas and perfumes thanks to maceration in contact with the skins between 16 and 20 days.

COLOR: Golden

BOUQUET: Fresh notes of lemon with delicate nuances of grapefruit.

PAIRING: Strongly recommended with Norwegian salmon accompanied by tonka bean cream or on a cauliflower gratin with truffled brie.
