100% PINOT NOIR. 

The "Extra Noir" cuvée consists exclusively of Pinot Noir and was produced in 2010 by the vineyards of Les Chaillots and Les Hautes Vignes classified as 1er cru.

This selection of the finest Pinot Noir d'Ecueil was vinified in oak barrels, made with wood from the Ecueil forest, from the Tonnellerie de Champagne.

As in all Louis Brochet cuvée, vinification proceeds in the most respectful way possible for wine, avoiding any unnecessary manipulation and intervention, in barrels, in contact with lees, wine gains in complexity, power, sweetness.


The Extra Brut (5 g / l) dosage completes the fullness and delicacy of Pinot Noir d'Ecueil's expression.
