in the glass, its beautiful straw yellow colour is clear; the bouquet expresses the delicate nuances of Sauvignon Blanc, with characteristic grassy notes and the complex aromas of Chardonnay with hints of Golden Delicious apple, grapefruit peel and elderflower. The palate is mineral, sapid, fresh and long-lasting.
