Pellerossa

The result of an ancient recipe with a modern twist! Pellerossa is a rum-based liqueur aged for up to 12 years combined with exquisite honey from Trentino bees. The result is a perfect balance of silky flavours and spicy notes, intertwined with captivating aromas and a full, sweet taste. It enhances the end of a meal, makes a delicious aperitif and also serves as an excellent base for original and lively cocktails. A liqueur with an unmistakable personality that is wild and free, and old and young at the same time. Pellerossa should be served with ice in a medium size glass, to best bring out its intense flavour.
