Obtained from young vines without any aging in wood, it articulates the typical territorial characteristics of the vine in its youth.
It comes with a fragrant, slightly spicy fruit and a floral touch.
Thanks to its freshness, its structure and lively but well integrated tannins, it is a Cannonau that can be paired with very simple dishes but also with richer recipes.
