BECAUSE IT IS DIFFERENT
Long Pond TECA 2007 is part of the National Rum of Jamaica series, which contains the most authentic releases of Jamaican rum. Long Pond was distilled in 2007 in double retort pot still, and then left to age for the next 12 years. The Continental Flavored style is one of the 4 classifications used in Jamaica and identifies rums with a quantity of esters between 700/1600 gr / hlpa at the time of distillation. The Mark TECA in particular refers to a rum with an ester level of 1200/1300 gr / hlpa.
