After Dinner: toasted chicory (24%), anise, sweet fennel seeds (20%), licorice root, cardamom pods (8%), orange peel, ginger root. Night Time: OAT flowering tops (30%), licorice root, chamomile flowers, lavender flowers (14%), lime blossom (10%) valerian root, tulsi leaves.
