The Sauvignon Franz Haas grows entirely in the high hills and is a vine that prefers environments with cool and temperate climates and for this reason it has found its right home in the plants that have reached an altitude of 850 meters in the municipality of Aldino. The bunch of Sauvignon is medium-small, compact, with a thick and hard green-yellow skin often dotted. The pulp is sweet and reminiscent of elderberry and gooseberry. Our Sauvignon, especially on the nose, recalls elderflower, and in the mouth also gooseberry, peach and sage.
