Since the 1980s, this vine with intense and marked aromas has been extensively introduced into the Oltradige. The stony and limestone soils and the fresh fall wind, Fallwind, favor the growth of
a lively and expressive Sauvignon. Freshness and delicate minerality make Sauvignon Fallwind a stylish white.

end of September; manual harvesting and selection of the grapes.

VINIFICATION
fermentation and aging on the lees in steel containers until the end of February.

PAIRING TIPS
