Winemaking:
Cold maceration on the skins, fermentation at 16 – 18 °C in steel tanks followed by 5 months of maturation on fermentation yeasts. Part of the must ferments and matures in 500 l oak barrels.

Grape variety and age of the vines:
Kerner (Riesling Renano x Trollinger), from 10 to 35 years.

Location:
Muttergarten, Lavardi and Trifall between 460 and 510 m above sea level.

Ground:
stony, with limestone pebbles.

Breeding form:
Pergola and espalier system; integrated natural viticulture.

Service temperature:
11 – 13 °C

Wine description
One of our favorite wines, the result of the best delicately pressed grapes. Pleasantly fruity, at the same time robust and bold: a real lynx.

Tasting notes:
Color: greenish yellow
Smell: complex and intense notes of ripe peach and apricot.
Taste: when drunk it is full-bodied and intense, with great roundness.
