Elements of Islay is the selection of Scottish malts conceived by Sukhinder Singh - founder of "The Whiskey Exchange", a great collector and selector of whiskey -, to celebrate whiskey with a strong, smoky character, and a decisive taste of iodine and salt. The pharmaceutical laboratory bottles pay homage to the “medicinal” character of these whiskeys, carefully selected by Oliver Chilton, head blender of Elixir Distillers. Peat is a blended malt whiskey from the Isle of Islay, the result of the selection of some of the Islay distilleries, of which names and percentages are not declared. Bottled at a reduced degree, to create a peaty malt, easy to drink every day and very suitable for mixology.

HOW I DRINK IT
Long and persistent, to be drunk neat or as an accompaniment to raw fish.

FOCUS
Elements of -islay is a selection that brings to the bottle the maximum expression of Islay's peaty whiskeys. They are all selections of a number of barrels ranging from 1 to 20 for the individual Elements, where the name of the distillery is declared using a two-letter abbreviation. Accompanying the acronym is the release number, which starts from 1 for the first, up - in some cases - to 14 for the fourteenth release.
