Evolution of the Triple Wood, this whiskey is aged in 4 different types of casks, carefully selected: ex-bourbon casks, quarter casks, virgin American white oak barrels and European ex-sherry oak barrels.

To the eye it appears a beautiful bright gold color

On the nose you can immediately perceive the peaty notes typical of the distillery with notes of vanilla, coffee and dried fruit with hints of dried flowers and cork

On the palate it is always the peat that reigns supreme followed by notes of toasted oak, malted barley, vanilla and licorice with hints of ginger and bonfire embers

The finish is of good persistence, slightly dry and spicy with notes of salty licorice, dried fruit, oak and peat smoke

It is not indicated how long the distillate is aged in barrels, the distillery calls this process "fusion of flavors".
