Matured first in bourbon casks and then in Oloroso casks, there is no better example of a sherry barrel finish than our 15 Year Old. It's the last three years spent in Oloroso sherry casks that give Bowmore 15 Year Old its rich, deep color and warm, robust finish.

TASTING NOTES
Eye: Burnt Sienna.

Nose: The aromas of dark chocolate and raisins complete the classic Bowmore smokiness.

Palate: Wonderful cedar wood and rich aromas of treacle caramel.

Taste: Spicy, toffee, sherry and barley
