Martin Foradori Hofstätter's passion for Riesling lo
led to being the first Italian to invest in the Saar,
the German wine region of the Moselle, where the noble
Riesling expresses itself at its best. In 2014 he took over e
relaunched the historic Dr. Fischer estate.

In 2022 his cross-border project took another step
expanded, reaching the Rheinhessen wine-growing area,
along the Rhine River.

This Gewürztraminer best expresses the characteristics
of the vine: straw-yellow in colour, it reveals nuances
spicy-smoky aromatics. With notes of roses and flowers
dry, an elegant freshness and a very long finish
convinces not only Gewürztraminer enthusiasts.

VINIFICATION
As soon as they are harvested, the grapes are lightly pressed and the
