Artisan crumbly nougat with Piedmont hazelnuts I.G.P., made with an ancient recipe that dates back to 1883.
Piedmont hazelnut I.G.P (51%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafers (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural Madagascar vanilla, corn starch.
Curiosity The nougat is free of food gelatin, still produced with egg white. It is cooked in steam boilers for about seven hours, shaped and cut by hand; it is then left to cool and rest on marble tables until the next day. Allergens Contains: Hazelnuts, egg. May contain: Nuts (almonds, pistachios). GLUTEN FREE. The product does NOT contain GMOs.
