Pink IPA is an India Pale Ale brewed with pink pepper, Simcoe hops, Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Saphyr.

It is characterized by a light amber color, slightly veiled, and by a white, generous, creamy and persistent foam. The delicate aroma is dominated by sweet and fruity hints, such as those of tropical fruit and grapefruit, and floral notes. In the mouth, the sweetness of fruit and malt quickly give way to the bitterness of the hops. The dry finish cleanses the palate and is followed by a herbaceous aftertaste and a warm peppery note.
