This jewel in the crown of our range is obtained 100 per cent from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown in Podere Massoni, a historic vineyard belonging to the estate whose location produces levels of quality and emotion that make this wine unique.
GRAPE VARIETY
100% Trebbiano di Lugana.
VINIFICATION
Temperature-controlled (16-18 degrees) fermentation for 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks.-
Ageing: 4-5 months in stainless steel tanks followed by
2-3 months in the bottle before release on the market.
GASTRONOMICAL COMBINATIONS
Goes well with a wide range of dishes, particularly fresh-water fish.
