Sensory notes: Radiant ruby red, immediately decided on the nose, clean, broad and intense of spices and dark fruits in symphony. At the sip it is a task, expressive, warm; brush a picture with fervent and mentholated tones. The tannin is alive and indulgent, it stretches resolutely, tense in a synaesthesia of fresh minerality.
Vinification: Gentle pressing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature around 25-28 ° C with maceration of the grapes for about 12 days. Frequent punching down and pumping over took place during fermentation
Aging: Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is placed in a Caucasian oak barrique where it rests for 12 months, at the end of which the wine is bottled and aged in glass for a few months before being marketed
