DESCRIPTION
Sauvignon Blanc, a variety originally from Gironde, is known for its aromatic characteristics such as elderberry and grapefruit which are emphasized thanks to the 12 hours of maceration with the skins. Furthermore, fermentation and aging in steel maintain the pleasantly acidic and fresh intrinsic note of the grape.
TASTING NOTES
White wine with a pale yellow color with golden reflections. The scent is intense, supported by aromatic notes reminiscent of elderberry, fig leaf and grapefruit. Dry, full-bodied, pleasantly acidic flavor.
