Origin
100% Chardonnay. This wine reflects the best of this variety in the Casablanca Valley. The plots are located between hills with abundant native vegetation and olive tree plantations. Exposed to the north-west, its position allows a slow maturation of the grapes supported by the winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.

winemaking
The individual plots are harvested manually. The grapes were pressed, allowing for a short settling. Some of the juice was lightly fermented in French barrels. After a period of maceration on its lees, the wine was blended and bottled.

Alcohol content
12.5% GL.

Organoleptic notes
With greenish yellow tones and golden reflections, this Chardonnay has notes of pear and white flowers on the nose, with subtle tropical notes, such as mango and pineapple. In the mouth, notes of dried fruit are repeated with tropical touches, being a predominantly fresh wine with a great citrus character.

Pairings
Perfect with fish such as salmon or tuna. Also with different types of risottos, white meats, such as oven-cooked chicken and turkey. Ideal with grilled vegetables marinated in olive oil and spices.
