Vinification

Soft pressing and de-stemming. Fermentation in steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C, without maceration on the skins. Maturation exclusively in steel and brief refinement in the bottle, after filtration. Nomacorc Select Green 500 caps.
Tasting notes

Brilliant ruby red color.
Aromas of violets, morette cherries and small red fruits with notes of aromatic herbs and light spiciness.

Mineral finish.

Serve at 16 ° C.
