Maison Paul Launois is a small artisanal winery located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, one of Champagne's most renowned areas for the production of Chardonnay Grand Cru. The project was born from the Launois family, historically linked to the village's viticulture, who chose to transition from selling grapes to directly producing high-end Champagne.

The winery's philosophy is strongly oriented towards micro-vinification and the expression of terroir: each cuvée comes from select parcels and is often vinified separately, even in individual barrels, to enhance the subtle nuances of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger's chalky soil.

In the vineyard, great attention is paid to sustainability and grape quality, while in the cellar, spontaneous fermentations, the measured use of wood, and long aging on the lees, which can exceed 24–30 months, depending on the cuvée, are emphasized.

The style of Paul Launois wines is recognizable for its precision, tension, and expressive purity: upright, minerally, and saline Blanc de Blancs Champagnes, characterized by great aromatic finesse and a very clear flavor profile. Citrus, white flowers, chalk, and notes of light pastry are the house's signatures, always supported by crisp acidity and a very fine effervescence.
