In the heart of the Marne Valley, in Chavot-Courcourt near Épernay, lies Chavost, one of the most innovative and authentic estates in contemporary Champagne. Founded in 1946 as a cooperative of local winemakers, it today represents a modern and sustainable project capable of uniting tradition, craftsmanship, and a natural spirit.

The house's philosophy is based on absolute respect for the terroir and minimal intervention in winemaking. The vineyards, cultivated according to organic and sustainable practices, are located on clay-limestone soils ideal for growing Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. Pinot Meunier, the iconic grape of the Marne Valley, is at the heart of the Chavost style, giving the wines energy, immediacy, and great drinkability.

In recent years, under the guidance of a new generation of winemakers and cellar master Fabian Daviaux, Chavost has revolutionized its production approach by introducing spontaneous fermentations, minimal or no dosages, and numerous cuvées with no added sulfites. The Champagnes are often Brut Nature, pure and direct, designed to express the identity of the terroir and the vintage without filters.

Chavost cuvées are distinguished by their freshness, minerality, and authenticity, with a contemporary style that has won over artisanal and natural Champagne enthusiasts around the world. Each bottle expresses a free, vibrant, and profoundly territorial Champagne.
