The family settled in Tours-sur-Marne in the 18th century. The current house was built in 1859 by Louis-Hippolyte Lamiable. The Lamiables were farmers. When their father, Hippolyte, died during the First World War, the four young Lamiable brothers had to work to support the family.

In 2003, after growing up far from her homeland, Ophélie returned to her roots. Champagne, the terroir, the family estate: they were in her blood. It was a dream that seemed unattainable. Everything was new to learn... the vines, the grapes, the cellars, the wines, the history...

Today, with the support of her husband Arnaud, the adventure continues...
