Champagne Brut Lapie-Lamiable is a refined cuvée representative of the typical Champagne terroir, produced with a balanced blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Chardonnay. The vineyards, all owned by the House, are located in the Grand Cru of Tours-sur-Marne, with small parcels also in the prestigious Grand Cru of Bouzy and the Premier Cru of Billy Le Grand. These vineyards, characterized by chalky and calcareous soils rich in marine fossils and minerals, give the wine a typical expression of the terroir.
This champagne features a bright straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage, a sign of high quality and meticulous refinement. On the nose, it is distinguished by a fragrant joviality, with notes of green apple, citrus fruit, and yellow pulp, evoking freshness and vitality. The palate is ample and vertical, with good acidity that lends freshness and dynamism, making this champagne perfect for a lively and enjoyable drinking experience. When people say "I drink buckets of it," the Brut Lapie-Lamiable embodies this feeling with its unmistakable freshness, ideal for those seeking a refreshing and thirst-quenching champagne.
